Condensed Milk Butter Bread Rolls 炼乳奶油面包

Mom loves to use two butter brands to make bread. They are Golden Churn and SCS.

The ingredients are 235 grams of bread flour, 35 grams of cake flour or superfine flour, 1 egg, 4 grams of yeast, 25 grams of sweetened condensed milk, 35 grams of salted butter, 42 grams of castor sugar, 155 grams of full cream milk.
材料是235克面包粉,35克低筋面粉,1粒鸡蛋,4克酵母,25克炼奶,35克有盐奶油,42克细糖和155克高脂牛奶。

Add all liquid ingredients to the bread machine first.
首先在面包机倒入湿材料。
Then add in the dry ingredients.
然后加入干材料。

Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour in yeast.
在干材料中间挖一个洞,再倒入酵母。
After 15 minutes of mixing, add the butter into the bread machine.

Select “Dough” setting. The dough cycle ends after 1 hour 30 minutes.

Cut it into 9 equal pieces. Each dough weighs 63 grams. Roll into ball.
切成9个均匀部分,每一个面团的重量为63克,揉成球状。

When the dough is ready punch it down, divide it into 9 balls.

Put the bread dough in a buttered baking pan.

Allow the dough to rise just until it is double in size. This should take about 1 hour.

When the tops of the buns are golden brown in colour, it is time to take them out from oven.

Remove from the oven and brush with the butter.

Mom uses a chocolate melting pot to melt chocolate.
