Cranberry Nestum Butter Cake 蔓越莓燕麦牛油蛋糕

A very healthy version of butter cake. It can also be baked as cupcakes for children to bring to school as snack.

很健康的牛油蛋糕，这杯子蛋糕也可让儿童带去学校当小点。

The ingredients are 45 grams of Nestum cereal, 40 grams of almond ground, 145 grams of castor sugar, 190 grams of all purpose flour, 190 grams of butter, 3 large eggs, 50 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and 1 pinch of salt.

材料是45克雀巢燕麦，40克杏仁粉，145克细糖，190克多用途面粉，190克牛油，3粒体积大的鸡蛋，50毫升的牛奶，1茶匙发粉，1茶匙云尼拿香精和一撮盐。

Beat the butter and sugar with a stand mixer.
在直立式搅拌机搅拌牛油和细糖。

Beat butter and sugar together until pale before adding eggs.
在还没加入鸡蛋前，把牛油和细糖搅拌至乳白色。

Slowly add eggs to the butter mixture. 
慢慢地把鸡蛋加入牛油混合物里。

One egg at a time.
一次加入一粒鸡蛋。

Beat well each addition until well incorporated. 
每加入鸡蛋搅拌好直到混合均匀。

Girls, do not forget to add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Vanilla essence can add extra richness of flavor to many baked goods.

Sieve together all purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
过滤多用途面粉和一茶匙的发粉。

Add a pinch of salt into the flour mixture.
在面粉混合物里加入一撮的盐

Add flour mixture alternately with milk, a small amount at a time.
把过滤面粉和牛奶以小分量，交替地加入。

Add Nestum cereal and ground almond. 
加入雀巢燕麦和杏仁粉。

Using a wooden spoon mix to combine. 
用木匙搅拌至混合为止。

Pour the batter into the cupcake liner and a baking tray.
把面糊倒入纸杯及烤盘里。

Sprinkle some nestum cereal over the top.
把一些燕麦粉撒在蛋糕上。

Girls, you can sprinkle a handful of dried cranberries on the cake too.
孩子，你可以撒一把干蔓越莓在蛋糕上。

Unmould and leave to cool on a rack. Slice and serve.
从烤盘拿出，切片后就可享用。
