Hershey Chocolate Chips Muffin Hershey 巧克粒豆玛芬

Perfect for fall, these chocolate chip muffins are simple and delicious.
更美好的是这巧克粒豆玛芬容易制作,也非常美味。

The ingredients are 250 grams of self raising flour, 2 tablespoon of Van Houten cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 large egg, 100 ml of corn oil, 250 ml of full cream milk, 100 grams of castor sugar and 85 grams of Hershey chocolate chips.
材料是250克自发面粉,2汤匙Van Houten 巧克力粉,1/2茶匙盐巴,1粒体积大的鸡蛋,100毫升的玉蜀黍油,250毫升的全脂牛奶, 100克细糖和 85克Hershey巧克力豆。

First, sifting process of self raising flour and cocoa powder.
首先,过滤自发面粉和巧克力粉。
Whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
把干粉搅拌在一起。
Ingredients ready to go.
材料准备好了。
Pour sugar and salt into the container.
把糖和盐加入容器内。
Stir with a wooden spatula until all ingredients combined.
用木匙搅拌直到所有材料混合。

In another mixing bowl, gently beat the egg.
在另一个器皿里轻轻地搅拌鸡蛋。
The whole liquid egg is ready to use. Girls, it is best to use kampung egg if available.
蛋液准备好了。孩子,如果可以,最好用甘榜鸡蛋。
Get ready corn oil and milk. Now it is the turn to add and mix all the wet ingredients.

Girls, melted butter is an acceptable substitute for corn oil.

Stir with a fork until all the wet ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Combine all ingredients in the container and stir until well mixed. (Remember do not over mix)

Place paper cupcake liners on a baking tray.
把纸装杯子放置在烤盘上。

Pour batter into the cupcake liners, filling each three-quarters full.
把面糊倒进纸杯里,每个装3/4满。
Reminder. Pour about half of batter into paper liner and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
温馨提醒。把一半的面糊到家纸杯时,可以把一些巧克力豆撒在上面。

Fill the cupcake liners about 3/4 full with batter. Sprinkle again with chocolate chips on top.
把纸杯装满3/4的面糊,上面再撒上一些巧克力豆。

The chocolate chips muffins are ready to go into the oven.
准备放入烤炉的巧克粒豆玛芬。

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
预热烤炉 180°C,烤25-30分钟或直到插入玛芬中间的牙签干净为止。
