Cempedak Cake 尖不辣蛋糕

It is cempedak season again. Mom is wanting to try it on cakes using fresh cempedak flesh. It turned out lovely to my taste.
又是尖不辣的水果季节,妈妈决定要用新鲜的尖不辣果肉来做蛋糕,烤出来的味道很合妈妈的口味。

While the cake was baking, we could smell the aroma of cempedak coming from the kitchen.
当蛋糕还在烤炉里烘烤时,我们可以闻到从厨房里传来的尖不辣香气。

Dad bought a ripe cempedak from market. It costs RM10. What a thoughtful dad.
爸爸从菜市场买一个熟透的尖不辣,它的价钱是十令吉,爸爸总是那么贴心啊!

Girls,cempedak is a fruit native to south east Asia. Cempedak is a fragrant fruit with a sweet and soft flesh.
孩子,尖不辣是东南亚的道地水果,它是充满香气的水果,其果肉香甜又柔软。

Use a pair of scissors to cut cempedak flesh into small pieces.
用一把剪刀把尖不辣的果肉剪成小块状。

300 g cempedak puree.
300克尖不辣果肉。

The ingredients are 300g of cempedak puree, 170g castor sugar, 300g of cake flour , 250g SCS butter, 4 large eggs and one teaspoon baking powder.
材料是300克尖不辣果肉,170克细糖,300克低筋面粉,250克SCS牛油,4粒体积大鸡蛋和一茶匙发粉。

Girls,  you also can add 50g of fresh milk.
孩子,你也可以加入50克的鲜奶。
Beat butter and castor sugar until light and fluffy.
把牛油和细糖搅拌至松软及乳白色。
Add in eggs one at a time and beat till well mixed.
把鸡蛋逐一加入然后搅拌至均匀。

Combine superfine flour and baking powder. Mix well. Then seive.
把低筋面粉和发粉混合均匀,然后过滤。
Gently fold flour into a batter.
轻轻地把面糊的面粉搅均。

Add in fresh milk.
加入鲜奶。
Do not forget to add the cempedak puree into the mixture.
别忘记把尖不辣果肉放进混合物里。

Combine all the ingredients by stirring.
混合全部材料,然后搅拌。

Lined 8 inch x4 inch tray with parchment paper.
在各8寸x4寸的金属器皿铺上羊皮纸。

Divide batter into two portions and place to separate tray.Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 50-60 minutes.
把面糊分成两个部分, 放进各别的容器里。在预热的烤炉里以170℃烤50-60分钟。
Ready to cut the cake.
可准备切蛋糕来吃啦!
